The role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Nanyang Business College’s management team; and offices of the Deputy Dean, Associate Dean (Faculty) and Corporate Services.
Job Description
Administrative Support
- Provide support for projects, events and college-wide initiatives.
- Assist with internal and external stakeholder coordination and communication.
- Coordinate faculty recruitment, special projects and new initiatives.
- Provide support for faculty matters such as faculty data, recruitment, promotion and tenure.
- Provide support to the College’s administrative functions and services with a focus on process, documentation and record management.
- Create, synthesise and maintain data and information to facilitate planning, evaluation and reporting.
- Undertake other related duties as required from time to time.
Secretarial Support
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events and classes.
- Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings, presentation materials and reports.
- Attend to correspondences and administrative inquiries in role-based account.
- Schedule and organize travels and make travel booking arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree with minimum 2 years’ of working experience in an administrative role
- Relevant working experience in education sector will be advantageous
- Strong service-orientation with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
- Good IT skills, tech-savvy
- Good project management and quantitative skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
