Job Title: Accountant
Job Scope:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Utilise financial modelling techniques to analyse data trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial implications of various business initiatives and propose recommendations for optimisation.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for diverse stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Customise financial presentations tailored to the needs of senior management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify potential financial risks through thorough analysis and develop robust risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organisation's assets.

4. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow patterns and liquidity requirements to optimize working capital utilisation and maintain financial stability.
- Forecast short-term and long-term cash needs, facilitating timely decision-making regarding financing activities and investment opportunities.
- Implement cash flow monitoring tools and strategies to minimize the impact of fluctuations and mitigate liquidity risks.
5. Investment Management:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and assess their alignment with organizational goals and risk tolerance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
