Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Process
a. Coordinate workers recruitment with site superintendent and HR Manager.
b. Prepare and post job advertisements for job vacancy in Jobstreet, JobBank, etc.
c. Prepare necessary documents and reports for workers manpower.
2. Employment Process
a. Prepare Letter of Offer for foreign workers.
b. Liaise with site admin staff to provide necessary documents e.g Bank Accounts etc
c. Apply for MWOC for foreign workers.
d. Create the new workers in HR system and workers personal files records.
3. Work Pass Process
a. Familiar with MOM work pass procedures in terms of application of Work Permit and S Pass for foreign candidates.
b. Inform the candidate of the approved WP/S Pass
c. Arrange candidate to go for medical checkup and other MOM required process.
d. Arrange security bond before e-issue of the approved in principle letter.
e. Cancel WP when worker end their contracts.
f. Booking of air tickets for foreign workers.
4. Payroll Process
a. Understand the pay structure for foreign workers.
b. Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are provided accordingly.
5. Training Administration
a. Monitor and update the list of training courses attended by the worker and staff.
b. Source and register the staff for the training course approved by Management.
c. Arrange and make payment to training organizer upon registration.
d. Inform workers on the date and venue of the training courses.
e. File the certificates in the worker/staff personal file upon completion of the training course as part of projects submission.
6. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
