Job responsibilities:
· Assist with day-day operations in Administrative and HR department.
· Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
· Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.
· Ensure timely verification of timesheets and submission of payroll, CPF, Tax clearance, etc.
· Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity and insurance claims, etc.
· Handle clearance for resignation/termination/dismissal.
· Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records.
· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree
· Preferably with hands-on experience with Infotech
· Familar with Employment Act
· At least 5 years of HR working experience
