Job Description
- Lead the Corporate Secretarial team of at least 3 members
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of companies and to oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties
- To ensure all secretarial job tickets are created, updated & completed with required supporting documents by the team members.
- Responsible for reviewing/drafting agreements, contracts, corporate resolutions etc and providing relevant inputs to staff and clients as and when required
- Keep abreast of latest amendments/announcements relating to The Companies Act and as updated by ACRA from time to time, and apprise all concerned with regard to implementation and timelines.
- Advise clients on matters requiring in depth knowledge of the Companies Act e.g corporate restructuring, ESOP etc
- Key point of contact with management, regulators, clients and external parties relating to Secretarial matters
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members in all aspects of corporate secretarial functions
- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies.
- Possessing ICSA/SAICSA membership will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written english.
Proficiency Tests
There will be two tests conducted during the interview process. They are as follows;
- English Proficiency (10 - 20 mins) - An online test that is done before the interview begins. A minimum of 75% is required.
- Occupational Test (1 - 2 days) - If a candidate is shortlisted, they will be presented with a set of open-ended questions that relate to the job role.

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
