Brief Summary

Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Demonstrate MSCRM solution to clients and training.
- Design solutions to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
- Develop functional requirements and functional designs for customizations.
- Engage with prospects/clients to comprehend business requirements and document them.
- Perform data migration (data mapping) from external systems into MS CRM.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
- Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints is preferable.
- Experience with On-premise CRM.
- Familiarity with Data Export Service, Azure SQL, SSIS, or other ETL technologies.
- Proficiency in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS, including plugins, scripting, and form creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
