Job Responsibilities
1. Assist with general administrative task as assigned, including answering phone calls.
2. Assist in order processing, preparation of work order, purchase order, Invoices and delivery order etc
3. Co-ordinate and follow up closely on the status of shipment and work closely with customers and suppliers on delivery arrangement
4. Ensure that all customers’ orders and delivery are handled effectively
5. Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Education Qualification : O Level, NITEC or Higher NITEC or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good working attitude.
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Candidate with experience work in construction industry will be an added advantage
