Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- To visit clinics and hospitals and meet minimum customer calls per day as per company norms.
- To Build rapport with clinic doctors, purchasers with regular visits and follow- up calls;
- Effectively communicate our product benefits to health care professionals, to drive sales. (Company shall provide training on product knowledge and provide relevant marketing resources)
- To achieve monthly sales targets.
- To be an observant and gather market intelligence of competitors activity and to Provide feedback on regular basis to field manager on sales performance and competition activities;
- To Submit daily call reports, attend weekly review meetings & product training sessions as required;
- Able to work independently and be a self motivator.
Skill & Education Requirements:
- Candidate must possess preferably a diploma in Pharmacy or Business studies. Freshers who is willing to take challenges may apply.
- 1-2 years experience in the industry will be added advantage.
Remunaration :
- Your income will have two parts Basic Salary + Variable Commission based on sales performance
- Transport allowance will be additional.
