AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Monitor the repair and maintenance of house facilities like Air Conditioning , Water Plumbing, M&E, Electrical Lighting System, Swimming Pool, etc.
· Make a report for any issue and suggest solution for the issue.
· Make sure maintenance schedule executed.
· Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.
· Run errands and support events when necessary.
· Frequent interact with owners to maintain direct communication and compliance with their needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· At least 5 years directly related experience in facilities management.
· Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Ability to work independently and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude.
· Have strong integrity.
