Job Description
- Verify and endorse purchase orders
- Process sales orders, generating sales reports and tracking sales data
- Issue Delivery Order and Invoice
- Handle local purchase for resale, payment request, follow up payment etc
- Responsible with customer inquiries and liaising with other departments to ensure customer's needs are met
- Coordinating with the inventory department to manage stock levels and forecasting demand
- Support administration duties included scheduling appointments, shipment arrangement with forwarders, filing, data entry and documentations
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date and compliance with company policy
- Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested
Job Requirement
- Min 2 years work experiences in administration and sales coordination is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in logistics documentations as well as shipments arrangement with local and oversea forwarders is added advantages
- Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, meticulous and good team player
- Good interpersonal skills
