Role Description
This position reports to the Training Manager and interfaces with the other inter-departments stakeholders or partners. Facilitates in training to provide a more holistic training/learning experience to our customers.
Individual to be involved in:
- Conduct/facilitates training assigned by the Training Manager
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Contribute in research and development for new recipes
Requirements:
- Prior baking experiences in bakery / hotels
- Qualification in Baking Courses (e.g. Diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry)
- Possess an ACLP/ACTA certificate is an added advantage (We will send successful candidates for this certification if candidate meets the requirements with terms and conditions apply)
- Good time management skills and meticulous
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Passionate in training / teaching
