We are inviting energetic and friendly sales assistants interested in baby and kids-related products to work at our stores in Paragon (Orchard Road) or Downtown Gallery (Shenton Way) and Jewel (Changi). As a Le Petit Society retail sales assistant, you are responsible for providing a top-notch shopping experience to our customers.
Key duties include:
- Providing top notch customer service (all our retail staff strives to achieve 5 star reviews by customers) Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing items, and providing useful and relevant product recommendations where required;
- Maintaining general housekeeping of the store, such as cashiering, tallying sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the store and product displays, etc.;
- Managing stock inventory, including product replenishment and stocktakes.
You will be required to work retail hours, which includes weekends, and will be trained to become well-versed in Le Petit Society's full range of products.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A diploma with at least 1 year of related experience in sales/customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literacy is a strong plus
- A cheerful, friendly and positive attitude
