Job Description
- Perform and provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc).
- Assist in contractual and costing matters, ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Liaise with Client / Consultant / Sub-contractors / Suppliers on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
- Manage and prepare all contract documentation and agreement, as well as provide support in the drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements。
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly。
- Manage contracts including progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc。
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award and payment of subcontractors and suppliers。
- Manage and monitor all financial aspects including but not limited to budget & cost control of Projects assigned and ensure project runs within budget。
- Source, liaise, compile and evaluate quotations from respective subcontractors according to requirement, specification and time schedule including drafting of Subcontract Document.
- Evaluate all VO claims from sub-contractors and ensure all the variation orders are carried out in order & according to proper procedure.
- Effective follow up on payment certificate to sub-contractors and payment advice to client
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Min 5-year of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant for luxury landed house project.
- Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.
- Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking associate.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
- Familiar with AutoCAD & Revit.
