Job Description
● Receive training and perform duties in various sections of the company's operations .
● Learn from experienced employee/mentor to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training;
● Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
● Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
● Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management
● Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
● Provide support as needed in various departments;
● Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
● Able to perform Retail hours, long hours and work on weekends and Public Holidays
● Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
● Good organizational and planning abilities
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Positive attitude with ability to influence positively
● Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills
