Job Description
The candidate will conduct experimental research in the area of thin film growth and characterization, memory device fabrication and characterization.
The research efforts of current position will be focused on Spin torque ferroelectric resonance measurement, electric transport characterization, and device fabrication.
Qualifications
• Potential candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in physics and materials Science, with a background in electric transport, especially high frequency ferromagnetic resonance measurement.
• He/she should also have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and able to co-supervise graduate students.
