Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project management from crafting of specifications, procurement process, monitoring of project progress to completion of project.
- Maintaining and monitoring of all project plans, project schedule including budget and expenditures for the overall effective execution of the projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections on the project works to ensure the appointed contractor delivered quality output.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on deployed site workers and report any unsafe working conditions / procedures.
- Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with approved requirements and timeline.
- Upon completion of projects, ensure all as-built drawings, licenses, O&M, warranties, and any other related documents are handed over properly.
- Ensure all environmental, health and safety aspects of the projects are taken care of during the planning and execution stages.
- Work closely with Estate Management Department and Fire Safety Manager to ensure legal compliance at all times.
- Ensure compliance to relevant established ISO standards and review procedures related to project management.
Requirements:
- Degree in in Facility Management / Electrical / Mechanical / Construction Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in project management, construction and /or major A&A works.
- Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice / Singapore Standard.
- Team player with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, writing skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- An eye for detailed work, imitative, innovative and continuous improvement attitude.
