Job Description
- To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor
- Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants
- Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Prepare and maintain projects documents and records such as Work Orders, Design and Development Discussion form and other related project documents
- Ensure satisfactory project execution
Requirement
- At least 2 - 4 Years of working experience
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or related discipline
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
- Good communication and analytical skill to drive as individual.
