Responsibilities:

  • Documentation completeness and accuracy during preparation, application & filing, and ongoing data & information update to ensure them being most valid and most up-to-date
  • Submissions, monitoring and maintenance of data/information status in electronic data portals and platforms
  • Handling of sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Coordination of logistics arrangements, external vendor management, and internal interdepartmental requests
  • Track, follow-up and coordination of customers’ requests
  • Support the timely communication to external customers and inter-company departments
  • Support external customer marketing activities
  • Generate required weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports
  • Monitor and take action with company assets & inventory and ensure proper renewals and stock replenishment
  • Support in ongoing assessment and monitoring of external customer satisfaction
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by WOA Management


Requirements:

  • Strong and proven administration and organisational skills
  • Strong and proven abilities in multi-tasking meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, meticulous and work independently requiring minimal supervision
  • Strong desire to learn and takes pride in the delivered work and results
  • Process orientated mindset is highly desired
  • Confidence in dealing with people of all backgrounds
  • Able to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • High proficiency in MS Excel is highly desired
  • Prefer with class3 driving license
