Job Responsibilities:
- Cashiering duties and handling of new vehicle reservations.
- General administrative work relating to Sales agreements & PO.
- Perform daily administrative duties and provide support to internal departments.
- Updating and maintaining documentation.
- Perform any related and reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD / Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O level or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in related fields will be a plus point.
- Possess initiative and a positive working attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Good attention to detail & meticulous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work on alternate weekends.
Working hours: (Roster based)
- Mondays to Fridays 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Alternate Weekends 10:00am to 6:00pm
