Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Process Sales order
• Prepare Invoices, delivery orders and other related documents for delivery
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Handle inward shipment
• Handle mobile device for Van Sales
• General file keeping
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirement
• Minimum ‘O’ Level
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Able to handle mandarin speaking client
• Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently
• Immediate
