JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in resolving customer queries and improving service standards
- Ensure customer relationship function for short-term and long-term planning to promote growth and meet financial objectives
- Assist in maintenance of client portfolio and accounts
- Assist in following up on daily sales administration
- Assist in managing post-sales administrative
- Handle incoming client calls via company phone and mobile
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints/feedback via calls, text and emails
- Coordinate with operations team and customer to ensure tasks are properly scheduled and executed
- Maintain and accurately update customer details and transactions in the systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably diploma with at least 1 years in a sales administrative role
- Experienced handling customers' queries and complaints
- Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in logistics industry will be advantageous
- 5.5 day (Alt Saturday, WFH)
