Job Description
- Assist & support the HR Managers on the full spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations, and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
- Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
- Preparation of Employment contract, memos, and other necessary letters & correspondence
- Liaising with dormitory, vendors and related parties, and internal customer
- Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant
- Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing
- Handle the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process
- Maintain & update the HR system
- Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing, and registration
- Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events, etc
- Other administrative duties
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
