Responsibilities :
- Perform coordination with various parties
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
- Handling billing duties
- Perform daily administrative works and customers orders
- Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
- Prepare quotation/invoices/DO
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
