As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support our healthcare professionals by preparing examination rooms, assisting with basic procedures, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, updating and maintaining electronic and paper records as required.
  • Handle billing and cashiering duties, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide patients with information regarding clinic services, health packages, and general assistance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients and team members.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software.
  • A compassionate, patient-centric approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends.
