Job Responsibilities:
Joining our Procurement team, you'll be responsible for procuring IT-related goods and services to fulfill the company's needs, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Crafting comprehensive contract documents delineating contractors' duties and liabilities while safeguarding the company's interests will be a key aspect of your role. You'll collaborate closely with user departments to develop tender documents, ensuring precise specifications aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you'll analyze tender submissions, engaging in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best value propositions for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in strategic sourcing, tendering processes, contract management, negotiation, and governance.
- Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly in contract negotiations.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the business objectives.
- Display resourcefulness, drive, and a collaborative mindset, fostering innovation and driving change to achieve results.
- Preferably, have experience with e-procurement software/platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus, etc.
- Candidates with a background in procuring IT services and products are preferred.
- CIPS certification is advantageous.
