Responsibilities:
Project/Delivery Management:
- Deliver the project from inception to post-live support in accordance with the agreed Scope of Work.
- Ensure seamless integration of the new OSS/BSS and GIS with retained systems post-live.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in project planning, communication, design, implementation, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Work with business users and IT SMEs to ensure project delivery within scope, cost, time, and quality parameters.
- Identify and resolve team inter-dependencies and associated risks.
- Monitor work streams, key issues, and costs, providing inputs for project dashboards and reports.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, facilitating Change Request Processes.
Project Risk Management:
- Manage contractual obligations and track scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and enforce project deliverables, track issues and risks, and maintain logs.
Stakeholder and People Management:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Resolve technical and business issues within the team.
- Address conflicts proactively and work towards a successful project outcome.
- Obtain stakeholder buy-in and ensure awareness of responsibilities and deliverables.
Administrative:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and systems, ensuring comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, plans, dashboards, and reports.
- Document meeting minutes and action items, track project progress from work streams, and ensure milestones are met.
- Act as the point of contact, communicate project status, and manage official paperwork.
- Assist in managing purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Expertise in requirements analysis, business process, design, implementation, testing, data migration, training, deployment, and production cutover.
- Strong technical knowledge in software implementation, telecommunications, and telecommunications operations.
- Proven experience in implementing OSS/BSS or GIS Network Planning System.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a positive working attitude.
- Effective time management, analytical, and logical decision-making ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
