The Boutique Group of Companies is a Singapore-based organization consisting of four companies: Boutique Education Pte Ltd, Host Events Pte Ltd, Frenchic Pte Ltd, and Bertie x Odie Pte Ltd. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. In this role, you will work across our brands to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of our dynamic environment, you will need to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and apply them effectively to succeed in this position. Your primary goal will be to help us achieve our business objectives by delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Skills/Experience: Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Hotel Front Desk, or a similar role; Passion for providing excellent customer service; Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented mindset; Diploma in hospitality or a related field; Mandarin language proficiency is a bonus.
The position is full-time internship, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm, with occasional evening and weekend availability required for events. Please note that we are unable to consider candidates from overseas or those requiring an Employment Pass for this role.
