Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Account Assistant to join the client's team in Singapore.
- Process and verify customer invoices and credit notes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer statements and aging reports
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
- Manage customer accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation and records related to customer accounts
- Assist with month-end closing activities including reconciling accounts receivable balances
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
