Job Description
- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
- Liaison with customers / suppliers on product quality and delivery
- Provide pre & post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
- Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
- Retrieve mill test certificates when require
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- To attend to customers / suppliers via phone and email
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties by management
Requirements
- O level, ITE, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Adminitration or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive and team player
- Organised and strong admin skills
- Computer literate and Multi-tasking
