Job Descriptions:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth in the logistics division, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Generate alternative solutions and create commercial and contractual proposals.
- Manage assigned Key Accounts and implement Joint Business Plan to achieve set targets.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Strong track record & minimum 2-4 years of Freight Forwarding experience in Business Development, Account Management role.
- Strong influential & Collaboration skills to operate effectively across cultural & functional boundaries within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Strong aptitude and positive attitude with proactive initiatives, speed and agility to drive business growth aggressively in response to opportunities and change.
- Willing to work in Joo Koon area (3 bus stops away)
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5.30pm
