- Ensure that all food prepared and served in according to the standards set by the Company. Prepared to the highest standards.
- Conducting stock-take of ingredients.
- Preparing ingredients, stocks and soups for lunch and dinner (if any).
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen, cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
- Ensuring all utensils and equipment are in good working conditions.
- Supporting on Company Events by preparing buffets or offering items.
- Controlling wastage of food or ingredients
- Any other job assigned by HOD/Supervisor from time to time.

Qualification
1. Secondary / Diploma in Culinary or equivalent.
