Responsibilities:
- Possession of in-depth knowledge of FIS Intellimatch product suite for financial reconciliation
- Hands-on experience of ETL tool Informatica for supporting multiple workflows spread across different applications
- Good knowledge of capital markets/wealth management domain
- In depth understanding of reconciliation processes for financial products
- Strong technical knowledge of scripting languages and databases (MSSQL/Oracle)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate equally well with end-users and technical personnel
- Holistic analytical skill for in-depth troubleshooting for complex queries, with Continuous Improvement mindset to identify and address recurring tasks and process gaps
- Ensuring adherence to ITIL process for application maintenance and support
- Capability to lead team of 5-10 for daily checks and managing SLA and KPI
