Responsibilities:
- This role requires understanding of the existing system and its framework and strong expertise in Java/ Angular/ PL pgSQL.
- Primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing project requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders, analyzing, designing and providing solutions for the critical areas as per the client needs.
- Mapping and documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement are crucial aspects of the role.
- Effective stakeholder management is essential, involving engagement with various teams and individuals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Additional responsibilities include reviewing work of other developers, identifying risks, using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
- Change management plays a significant role, involving the analysis of proposed changes and assisting with user training and system implementation support.
- Documentation, reporting, continuous improvement, collaboration, and teamwork are also integral to the role of a Technical Lead
