Our client, a startup in cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform in Singapore, is currently seeking for a Office Manager to join their team:
Job Scope
- Take the lead in the office administration of the Singapore Office
- Handle the full spectrum of office administration of the Singapore Office such as leading the administrative support for corporate/office events, office procurement and other ad hoc projects
- Handle office resources procurement in a cost-effective way
- Keep the office in an organized and tidy manner
- Coordinates ordering of supplies, seating plans and office moves to ensure efficient use of office resources
- Handle expense/invoice processing in a timely manner for the administration department
- Support logistics and administrative support for incoming visitors, answering telephone calls and perform general reception duties including coordinating deliveries and courier services
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications
- Occasional outdoor work may be required such as mailing, cheque deposit, document collection and delivery
- Work with other Office Managers/Office Assistants from the other offices
- Handling ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience, including serving senior management and a team of personnel experience
- Financial services or professional services background is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability of good judgement
- Appreciates and enjoys the challenge of muti-tasking in a fast and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and an organized person
- Work maturely, independently and good communication skills
- Detail oriented, pro-active with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency for achieving results
- Good team player with a helpful and cheerful personality
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications
