We are looking for a client account Executive to provide ongoing support to our customers as they transition from sales prospects to being our valued customers. As a client account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing our business relationships with our clients by providing them with exceptional service so that they can get the maximum value from using our products and successfully grow their businesses. You will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customers’ needs are understood and met throughout their journey with Aleta Planet. This is a position that requires a passion for driving customer-centric initiatives in the fintech industry.


What will you be doing?

  1. Develop and execute the customer success strategy, including onboarding, implementation, and go-live experience for new customers, expertly manage a portfolio of accounts, developing relationships, managing stakeholders, and identifying advocates.
  2. Identify/track adoption and growth opportunities within existing clients through sales support functions.
  3. Understand and anticipate customers’ needs, preferences and challenges and work towards resolutions by acting on data-driven insights and strategic knowledge.
  4. Equip with good knowledge of products and internal processes to provide expert guidance to customers at all times.
  5. Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights to drive product roadmap prioritization and revenue growth.

  1. Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, creative thinking skills and outstanding relationship building skills, both internally and with prospects.
  3. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and metrics to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.
  4. Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  5. Good pc skills minimally in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  6. High stress tolerance level and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
  8. Relevant working experience is preferred but not required. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
