This position calls for developing intelligent and data-rich applications to automate workflow and decision support for key business processes:-
• Undertake business process reengineering to develop and deploy digital automation solutions
• Ensure user requirements are accurately documented following established standards
• Drive best practices for digital automation with proper design and testing
• Develop RPA automation
• Develop dashboards and reports
• Deploy applications embedding Data Analytics solutions developed by Data Science team
• Deploy applications embedding pre-built AI solutions available from marketplace
• Manage the automation product life cycle with maintenance, enhancement, change request and user training
• Manage process change with users to minimize disruptions to operations
• Support digital training for in-house staff
There will be opportunities to develop Data and AI skills by working closely with a Data Analytics and AI/ML teams.
Requirements
• Possess a degree in Computing, Computer Science, IT or Engineering
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, VB or similar programming languages
• Able to engage the business process owners/subject matter experts to capture and document user requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of one or more of the following software tools: UI Path, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel Macros, .NET
Graduates with no prior experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) but with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
