Job Scope:

  • Coordinate and oversee business meetings with key stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions.
  • Employ a blend of traditional prospecting techniques, such as cold-calling, and innovative methods via social media channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn, to drive company growth and increase sales.
  • Prepare sales agreements ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with both new and existing service providers, offering continuous feedback and support post-engagement.
  • Execute market analysis to identify potential individual and organizational prospects, synthesizing findings into monthly reports alongside sales data.
  • Utilize digital tools, such as Chat GPT, for creating proposals for service providers, and actively participate in conferences and industry-specific events for networking and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies by engaging in discussions, providing valuable insights, and suggesting enhancements to promote the company’s objectives.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in Sales/Business Development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues
