Responsibilities:
Project Manager for Client Need Stream dealing with end to end software delivery, capacity planning, risk and issues management and escalation, work opportunity coordination, stakeholder management, release management planning, oversight of run the bank topics, e.g. management of production incident tickets as well as planning of resolution thru fixes in planned releases.
Product Owner for Client Products managing the product backlog, overseeing development stages, ancitipating client needs and evaluating product progress.
Deputized Scrum Master on some occasions to facilitates agile scrum ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint reviews, story refinements, tasks definition and prioritization, and retrospective meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Years Experience: 17 years relevant experience with Software Development, focus on Mainframe
- Certified SAFe for Teams
- Certified SAFE Product Owner/Product Management
- Mainframe COBOL
- Agile Management
- Program and Project Management
