Company seeks an Account cum Admin Executive professionals to work on one -to -one basis on various tasks. We offer attractive salary that commensurate with work experience, work Life Balance and Fun & Friendly work environment.
Responsibilities
· Handle full sets of accounts
· Handle accounting duties such as ledger, account receivable, account payable
· Handle invoicing, entry of account transaction, send monthly SOA etc
· Perform timely closing of accounts and submission of GST returns
· Prepare monthly financial and management report
· Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretary etc
· Manage petty cash & staff claims transactions
· Handle full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, selection & employment, all Work Pass matters.
· Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to involvement in office equipment maintenance & renovation, replenishing stock for stationery and pantry refreshment, as well as any other ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
· At least 1 years of relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts, HR and office administration functions
· Proficient in MS Office & Excel
· Familiar with MYOB System, quickbook
· Good communication and organization skills, Enthusiastic, Positive attitude and resourceful
· Team Player
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work independently without much supervision
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
· Proactive and able to take initiative
