Responsibilities
To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including quotation, invoicing, data entry, documents filling and etc
Sourcing goods/procurement
Overseeing of goods flow, store management, and stock check
Assist the Project Manager in working out progress claims for Project.
Identify process, procedure, and workflow improvements in office
Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to involvement in office equipment maintenance & renovation, replenishing stock for stationery and pantry refreshment, as well as any other ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Liaise with worker on home leave matters
Ensure workers submitted attendance on HRMS System
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Engineers
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a “O Level” or higher
· At least 1 years of relevant working experience in office administration functions
· Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
· Meticulous and attention to details
· Experience in Stock Management would be an added advantage
· Familiar with MYOB System and ERP System
· Team player with good communication skills
· Able to work independently without much supervision
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
· Proactive and able to take initiative
· Bilingual in both English and Mandarin preferred
