Overview:
- Salary: Up to $2500 (Basic) + Allowances (Laundry $30, Handphone $70)
- East Region (Ubi Area)
- Working Days: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm & Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage service administration to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and service bookings.
- Provide technical advice and suggest supplementary workshop services to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct road tests and basic diagnostic checks with customers.
- Offer accident claim advice, provide repair quotes, and handle necessary administrative tasks.
- Assist corporate customers with both administrative and technical support.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and ensure timely job completion.
- Manage bike bookings and prioritize services as needed.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure an efficient workflow and meet sales targets.
- Monitor unpaid bills and follow up on outstanding credit.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class 2B driving license.
- Possess NITEC or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of similar working experience in automobile industry
