Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations and Internal Controls.
- Manage monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
- Maintain proper financial controls and documentation for the audit trail.
- Drive the team in monthly, yearly closing process, including tax related matter, and ensure the deadline is achieved.
- Lead the Finance team by overseeing and monitoring Finance staff daily performance.
- Draft and implement group accounting policy and SOP.
- Initiate and implement internal control processes, including safeguarding company Inventory and Fixed Assets.
- Able to initiate Control systems (using IT) to improve operation efficiency.
- Guarantee the timely and accurate preparation of entity and consolidated financial reports, adhering to reporting standards.
- Supervise cash flow planning to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Develop and compile financial budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors, corporate secretarial, and legal representatives to meet statutory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Lead the Finance team to comply with the SOP, Management Approval Regulation and Tax Regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Obtained ACCA/ CPA or equivalent world-wide recognised certificate is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience in an Indonesia company (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax rules & regulation, government regulation, etc.
