Responsibilities:
- The technologies being used in the current engagement are Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), FDMEE/ODI, Essbase Studio, SmartView, IBM Cognos Command Center is a must
- Works closely and collaborates with Oracle global support to resolve Customer's SRs.
- Works with various functions within Business user groups to ensure RCA is complete and incidents SLAs are met
- Triage and resolve user support issues.
- Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8+ years of Application development and Support experience in Hyperion EPM version 11 or above
- Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, Python, and Groovy)
- Experience with all aspects of the system – Support, testing, development, and Pre & Post implementation activities across the Hyperion product suite
- Ensure smooth month-end close and forecast/Budget cycles through close partnership with Finance and IT business partners.
- Troubleshooting integration and data issue across various Hyperion applications and boundary systems
- Experience with the functional and technical and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Oracle Hyperion (on-prem) suite products: application design, development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, testing, pre- and post-implementation activities across the Hyperion/EPM product suite (cloud and on-prem)
- Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
- Experience in interacting with business users to analyze the business process and discovering requirements
- Ability to maintain Optimum availability of EPM Environments
- Ability to create, monitor, and migrate product-related application artifacts proactively
- Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills (from an Applications/Functional/Operational perspective) with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision
