Key Responsibilities:
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining middleware infrastructure that supports our organization's critical applications and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in middleware technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of proven experience as a Middleware Engineer, with a focus on Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ.
- Strong understanding of application server concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and administering Red Hat JBoss and IBM WebSphere application servers.
- Knowledge of IBM MQ messaging middleware, including queue managers, channels, and message queuing protocols.
- Familiarity with enterprise application architectures and deployment methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues in a production environment.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
- Strong experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bitbucket
- Experience with Sonar is required
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, or IBM MQ preferred.
