Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily data entry of invoices in the accounting system
- Reconciliation of Account Receivable / Payable
- Update the Account Receivable aging report and send out SOA
- Prepare General proof of payment such as expenses and personnel claims. Data entry for AP payment and settlement
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
- Support day-to-day finance operations
- Prepare simple full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
- Assisting in a full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
- Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
- Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Handling of Human Resources and payroll matters.

- For managerial role, able to lead a team of 4.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
- Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning
- Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
