Job Description & Requirements

  • Office Management
  • Administer and manage ERP system for the Group
  • Coordinate, Plan and Execute Government claims and grants
  • Full spectrum of office management
  • Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Manage Group of Companies ISO (ISO 9001/14001/45001),conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits.
  • Plan, arrange and coordinate Group events
  • Provide administrative/IT support to Group subsidiaries as per required
  • Provide administrative/IT support to Management Team as per required
  • Liaise with IT Vendor for all IT related enquiries and requirements
  • Knowledge of IT Helpdesk and basic troubleshooting preferred

Any ad hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in administrative/office management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Weekend standby as and when required due to nature of construction industry
  • Able to read & speak mandarin to liase with chinese speaking associates
  • Willing to travel daily to and fro Tuas for work
