Job Description & Requirements
- Office Management
- Administer and manage ERP system for the Group
- Coordinate, Plan and Execute Government claims and grants
- Full spectrum of office management
- Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth running of operations
- Manage Group of Companies ISO (ISO 9001/14001/45001),conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits.
- Plan, arrange and coordinate Group events
- Provide administrative/IT support to Group subsidiaries as per required
- Provide administrative/IT support to Management Team as per required
- Liaise with IT Vendor for all IT related enquiries and requirements
- Knowledge of IT Helpdesk and basic troubleshooting preferred
Any ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of working experience in administrative/office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Weekend standby as and when required due to nature of construction industry
- Able to read & speak mandarin to liase with chinese speaking associates
- Willing to travel daily to and fro Tuas for work
