- Roof Slab , Condo, Hdb, Road lta site Piping and Drawing Must need to understand.
- Trunking, Clabe tray, Cable ladder Must understand
- Hacking, Condo, hdb Unit piping , and re-plaster.
- Provides responsible service,Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Performing general electrical maintenance.
- Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
- Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical support to solve all electrical wiring and installation job.
- Strictly adhere to safe work procedures and applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requestedManage quality claims
- Install and configure electrical systems for lighting, including wiring, fixtures, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards during installation procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate and execute electrical installations according to project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lighting systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to lighting systems, both independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Keep accurate records of installed systems, maintenance activities, and any modifications made during the installation process.
