We're looking for a Finance Manager with significant real estate investment experience to join us! Reporting to our CEO/Founder, you'll lead financial operations, manage cash flow, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and propose improvement plans. You'll also provide precise forecasts to guide future investments and cost savings.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Basic $6,500 - $7,500 (Depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the finance, accounting, and legal functions of the company, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate on high-level decisions related to company policy and strategy.
- Review and enhance existing processes within the organization, implementing solutions aligned with management objectives.
- Work closely with legal counsel to streamline the group structure, facilitating efficient fundraising activities.
- Manage all aspects of fundraising initiatives, including engagement with advisors, potential investors, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic support for investment deals and projects, including structuring and positioning.
- Supervise fiscal activities such as budgeting, reporting, and auditing, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor the financial reporting and budgeting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for the company.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, hospitality, membership clubs, events, or related sectors.
- Thorough understanding of corporate financial law and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- CPA / CA Singapore certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
