Description:

  1. Deliver credit documentation processes including managing the preparation, negotiation and exectuion of facility agreement and reviewing constitutional documents and conditions precedent.
  2. Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollover, repayment and prepayment for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
  3. Prepare internal (branch and headquarter), external (auditors) and regulatory (MAS, BI and OJK) reports.
  4. Coordinate with external legal counsel to obtain the necessary documentation for disursement/redemption, insurance assignment, registration of charge (if any), etc.
  5. Ensure conditions of approvals, loan documentation are in compliance with terms of approval prior to facility implementation/disbursement of facitlies/prepayment/repayment/cancellation.
  6. Responsible for collateral monitoring and reconciliation with loan documents and approval from relevant authorities.
  7. Control limit availability, expiry date, tenor, margin and toehhr loan related details in loan system and manual record in conformity to credit decisions and documentations.
  8. Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU issues and conduct periodical review, to improve cooperation between the teams and processes.
  9. Handle internal and external auditor, assist in documentation, request and queries.
  10. Work closely with stakeholders on the business requirement and implementation, operational enhancements and automation.

Requirements:

  • At the minimum, Diploma in Finance/Banking or related disciplines.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of banking experience in credit admin and/or loan ops.
  • Knowledgable in basic trade finance, transaction management, accounting, regulatory reporting requirements and credit legal aspects.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with critical, observant eye, in working with primary core system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to the work culture and tedious, repetitive nature of the workload.
