Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Security industry. They are looking for a Technical Team Lead to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the service and maintenance execution as instructed by the client
- Collaborate closely with the external stakeholders on any service or maintenance matters
- Assist in assembling service teams and assigning duties when necessary
- Develop/Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Ensure/Oversee timely troubleshooting and repair of the security systems at the various client sites
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in any relevant fields of Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
